Ramsey Nouah is a Nollywood actor, director and producer who was born on December 19, 1970.

His acting career started in the early 90’s when he acted in the Nigerian TV Soap Opera ” Fortunes”.

Ramsey Noah became very popular for his great acting skills in depicting roles with much perfection.His excellent way of bringing out romantic characters earned him the nickname “Lover boy”.
Indeed, he became somewhat of a typecast playing many romantic roles in Nollywood films.

His distinguished acting career has seen him play roles in the following films:”Living in Bondage:Breaking Free”; “Silent Night”; “Camouflage”; “End of the Wicked”; “Fugitive”;”The Battle of Love”; “Power of Love”; “Valentino”; “My Love”;”Church Business”;”Break Up”; “Iru Oka and Weekend Getaway”;”Merry Men”;”Rattle Snake:The Ahanna Story”; “Nneka The Pretty Serpent” among many other productions.

Ramsey Noah remains one of the most highly decorated actors in the film/movie industry in Nigeria.

He has won several awards as an actor, director and producer.Some of his numerous awards include:
Best Actor in a Leading Role in the film “The Figurine”, Africa Movie Academy Awards, 2010;
Best Actor in a Supporting Role,Africa Movie Academy Awards,2020 in the film”Living in Bondage: Breaking Free”.

His directing awards include:
Director of the Year in Best of Nollywood Awards, 2020;
Best Director of the Year in the movie”Living in Bondage:Breaking Free”, 2022; and Best Director of the Year in the film “Rattlesnake:The Ahanna Story” at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards, 2022.
