Michael Ajibola Daboiku, professionally known as Jibola Dabo, is a renowned Nigerian actor, director and producer, who was born on August 12th 1942 in Owo, Ondo State.
Even though he started acting as a child, he made his official debut in the Nigerian film industry in 2006 and has been active since then.
Dabo has appeared in many Nigerian television dramas and film garnering many acting credits in some of the following movies: “Hostages(1996); Diamond Ring (1998); The Return of Ogidi (2005); Covenant Church (2007); The Mirror Boy 2011; My Fantasy (2010); High Blood Pressure (2010)

Dabo’s distinguished career has won him numerous awards and accolades.Some of his awards include: Best Actor of the Year, Zuma Film Festival Best Actor Award, 2003 African Movie Academy Awards; Lifetime Achievement Award, 2015 African Magic Viewers Choice Award, and others .
