Barr. Emeka Ogbonna is a native of Okutu in Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State. He was born on 29th April, 1965 at Awgu, Enugu State.He started his primary education in 1971. In 1977, he was admitted to Nsukka High School, Nsukka for his secondary school education. He later studied law at University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus and was called to bar in 1990.

Lynda Alphaeus is a hardworking, God fearing legal practitioner. She studied Law at the University of Lagos, Akoka where she obtained her LL.B with flying colors and subsequently obtained her LLM.Lynda Alphaeus is a director with the Nigerian Copyright Commission (NCC), she was head of the legal department overseeing a team of excellent Intellectual Property lawyers before becoming the head of the Lagos Office of the commission.
