KUNLE AFOLAYAN
Kunle Afolayan is a Nigerian actor,producer and director who was born September 30, 1975.

Afolayan who is the son of the legendary theatre artist popularly known as Ade Love started his movie career in 1999 as an actor.

Afolayan has acted, produced or directed the following movies:
“Saworoide” (1999),”Agogo Ewo”(2002) Ti Ala Ba Ku (2005); “Irapada and Ejiworo (2006); OniteROSSING (2007); The Figurine and Farayola ( 2009), Phone Swap and Dazzling Mirage (2014); The CEO (2016); Diamonds in the Sky and Citation (2019) , 1 October ( 2016); The Bridge,(2016); Omugwo (2017); Crazy People, Mokalik (2018); Ayinla (2020); Swallow and A Naija Christmas (2021) Anikulapo (2023), Ijogbon (2024) and many others.

He has also won many awards and nominations over the years. Some of his awards and nominations include:
Best of Nollywood Awards, Director of the Year (2019); Net Awards, Most Searched Actor (2021). In 2023, ; African Magic Viewers Choice Awards(2023) Best Movie West Africa , Best Overall, Best Director among many others.

Afolayan has also established his enterpreneurial skills in film production by establishing Golden Effects Pictures where he is the CEO.

This great movie icon is indeed a Colossus in the Nollywood Industry in Nigeria. His versatility in acting, directing or producing high quality English and Yoruba movies is a proof of his excellent performance in the movie Industry.
